Company Overview

Collicutt Energy Services Ltd. ("Collicutt") is an oilfield service company engaged in the service and fabrication of natural gas compression, power generation systems, and oilfield production equipment. From its centrally located headquarters in Red Deer, Alberta, the Company operates from 11 strategic branch locations throughout Western Canada.

The Company commenced operations as a natural gas engine and compressor service company and parts provider in 1986 and has continued to expand its operations through branch offices that now cover the entire Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Leveraging the experience gained by servicing and maintaining natural gas compressors, Collicutt continued its growth by entering the business of fabricating natural gas compressor packages in 1998.

Service has been the bedrock of our growth since 1986. Providing quality service through its network of eleven branches, the Company's Service division offers 24-hour field compression and power equipment maintenance, and re-furbishment services to regional oil and gas companies, ensuring minimal down time to its customer base. An innovative parts and maintenance program ensures equipment continues to operate at the optimal standards to which it was designed. Though Collicutt has expanded into more diversified and complex business initiatives, service excellence is at the heart of every aspect of the Company.

Collicutt Energy Services Ltd. became a publicly traded company in June 2000. The net proceeds of its initial public offering were used to expand the Company's fabrication capacity, which opened in August 2000. A manufacturing facility was built adjacent to the new building, opening its doors in April 2001 to provide additional space and support to both the Service and Fabrication divisions of Collicutt Energy Services Ltd.

Growing demand stimulated Collicutt to expand its product line into power generation. In 1999 the Company commenced the fabrication and service of reciprocating-driven power generators. In 2001, Collicutt acquired the assets of Simpower Ltd. bringing reciprocating power systems into the Company's strong product mix while expanding its customer base.

On November 27, 2007 Finning International Inc, the worlds largest Caterpillar equipment dealer, made a 145 million dollar deal to acquire Collicutt Energy Services Ltd on January 15th, 2008. Details of the acquisition can be found here.

Collicutt Energy Services Ltd.'s common shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the trading symbol "COH".
