Staffed by experienced technicians and backed by state-of-the-art equipment, this division plays a critical role in supporting our engine and frac equipment rebuild programs — delivering precision, speed, and cost efficiency.
Transmission Rebuild Capabilities
Our team rebuilds dozens of transmissions each year, including CAT TH48 and TH55 models that are later swapped directly into units in our frac shop. Each rebuild follows a rigorous inspection and testing process, and every transmission is verified on our live-load transmission test stand to confirm operating pressures across all gear ranges before it ever returns to the field.
We maintain a robust stock of core transmission parts, giving us the flexibility to move quickly and reduce dependency on suppliers. This allows for fast turnaround times and cost-efficient service — two things our customers consistently value.
We also offer a component exchange program: customers receive a rebuilt transmission or part immediately, while their used component is returned to us for inspection, rebuild, and future deployment. It’s an efficient loop that minimizes downtime and maximizes value.
